When employing the technology of monochrome laser printing, the Canon ImageCLASS MF6550 printer model is capable of producing printouts at a rate of 23 pages per minute (ppm). On average, this device is capable of producing dots per inch (dpi) at a resolution of about 600 by 600. In order to achieve the best possible output quality, the printer has a maximum print resolution of up to 1200 x 600 dpi. It has a full-duty cycle of 15,000 pages per month and is compatible with the Canon Cartridge 106 model.
The capacity of the buffer RAM on the device’s internal memory is approximately 64 megabytes of random access memory (RAM). In addition, the media paper tray has the capacity to hold up to 500 sheets of standard paper at a time. On the other hand, the tray that serves multiple purposes can accommodate up to a hundred sheets of standard paper. The device output tray has the capacity to hold up to one hundred sheets of face-down documents that have been printed. When using letter-sized paper, the copying speed can reach up to 23 copies per minute (CPM). The laser-based system includes a digital component that is only capable of producing black and white copies, but these copies are of the highest possible quality. Additionally, it has the capability of zooming into the image to a size that is 200% larger than the original size. The duplex copy mode, as well as bind types that can accommodate a variety of book formats, and the calendar copy mode, are all features that are included in the copy mode.
